Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead requirements gathering, design Workday solutions based on client workbooks, and configure business processes.
- Module Expertise: Specialise in one or more Workday areas such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, or Talent.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate data migration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients to understand processes, provide training, and manage scope gaps.
- Support & Optimization: Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Workday implementation or functional support.
- Certification: Active Workday Certification(s) in specialized modules.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, and business process configuration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, HR, or related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
