WordPress Developer to join our team in
Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of experience in WordPress development, with a strong understanding of themes, plugins, and customization. Knowledge of
PHP and Laravel will be a plus. Responsibilities for WordPress developer jobs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create and modify themes, templates, and plugins as per project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure seamless website functionality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways if needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in WordPress development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with custom post types, widgets, and shortcodes.
- Understanding of database management using MySQL.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for WordPress websites.
- Knowledge of cPanel, hosting, and domain management.
- Ability to work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Mockup prototypes in Figma/Wix and wireframes.
- WooCommerce development and customization.
Preferred Skills (Plus)
- Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel.
- Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX.
- Experience in developing Shopify and Squarespace websites.
