We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented WordPress Developer (12 Years Experience) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in WordPress development, is comfortable working on real client projects, and is eager to grow their technical and professional skills in a structured IT services environment.
You will work on business websites, corporate portals, landing pages, and content-driven platforms, collaborating closely with designers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
- Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements
- Convert Figma / PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages
- Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO basics
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates
- Integrate third-party plugins, forms, and APIs
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Follow coding standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.)
- Understanding of website hosting, domains, and cPanel basics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization
- Familiarity with Git or version control
- Experience in handling website maintenance contracts
