Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
- Convert designs (Figma, XD, PSD) into responsive WordPress themes
- Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security
- Implement SEO best practices during development
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Integrate third-party APIs and tools
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Manage website backups, updates, and security patches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with WordPress development
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with custom theme and plugin development
- Knowledge of page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
- Understanding of website performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
- Experience with MySQL and database management
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
- Basic understanding of hosting environments and cPanel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WooCommerce development
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations

Education & Experience
