We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with 26 years of experience to design, build, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, security, and a seamless user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality web solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to project requirements.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, ensuring smooth functionality and uptime.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security, implementing best practices for a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues, errors, or conflicts.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and backend developers to implement responsive and interactive designs.
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, following modern optimization techniques.
- Implement WooCommerce features and manage e-commerce functionality (if applicable).
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with latest WordPress developments, themes, plugins, and security standards.
- Assist in migrating or upgrading websites to newer WordPress versions or hosting environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 26 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
- Strong experience with WordPress CMS, PHP, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with WooCommerce, SEO optimization, and website performance enhancements is a plus.
