About the Company

One of India's fastest-growing Portfolio Management Company's. Green Portfolio is a SEBI registered Portfolio Management company and a research house focused on the Indian equity markets. Alongside PMS, we have a vast network of investment advice-seeking retail clients across the globe. AUM and AUA as of August 2023 are worth of 800+Cr . We are constantly expanding our retail and PMS reach through fintech platforms and we require motivated, self-learning individuals to join our team and take up responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and revenue generation with a primary focus on selling Smallcase investment solutions.
  • Build, manage, and expand a personal book of clients through consistent relationship management and referrals.
  • Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements to recommend suitable investment solutions.
  • Conduct detailed investment discussions and educate clients on Smallcase products.
  • Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to drive retention, increase wallet share, and generate referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product categories.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, lead management, and outbound outreach.
  • Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and regulatory developments.
  • Ensure complete adherence to compliance, documentation, and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, financial services, or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products such as Smallcase, PMS, and AIF.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, and portfolio/book building.
  • Experience in dealing with HNI/UHNI clients and managing high-value relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven individual with a strong ownership mindset and ability to achieve aggressive targets.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products such as Smallcase, PMS, and AIF.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, and portfolio/book building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/CFA certifications would be an added advantage.

2–3 years of experience in wealth management, specifically in PMS and AIF sales.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio concepts.
