Job Overview:

Policybazaar is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Wealth Manager – International Process with experience in International Telesales and B2C Sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent client interaction in a fast-paced international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage customer/client portfolios
• Drive International B2C telesales and revenue generation
• Interact with international clients professionally and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure excellent customer experience and query resolution
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process handling

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Process
• Must have experience in International Telesales / B2C Sales
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Must be confident and presentable in front of clients
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 6-day working environment
• Candidates with 15 days notice period preferred
