Managing end to end 3PL warehouse function with multiple clients (10-15 customers) and ensuring the profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound activity by distributing work among the team to ensure all GRN done in the system timely and accurately.
- To ensure the PUTAWAY done in the warehouse with 100% accuracy
- To ensure zero SLA breach in B2C orders processing for all the customers in their respective panel/WMS system
- To ensure timely processing of RTO for all all the customers in their respective panel/WMS system
- Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance
- Ensure timely dispatches with 100% accuracy
- Adequate and timely reporting to all customer as per the scope of agreement
- Recruit and train warehouse personnel as per the approved budget manpower
- Advance planning of packing material for all the customer and ensuring adequate PM inventory available
