Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manager Accounts & Finance, based in Guwahati, Assam. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and developing financial strategies. Additionally, the role involves supervising daily financial transactions, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights. The Manager will play a crucial role in planning budgets, minimizing financial risks, and optimizing the company's economic performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge, including compliance with local regulations
- Experience in Audit Management and Financial Reconciliation
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills in finance-related matters
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial tools, systems, and software
- Educational qualification such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), MBA, or equivalent
- Experience in the mining or metals industry is an added advantage
