We are seeking an experienced Network Security Senior Engineer / SME to design, implement, and maintain robust network security solutions. The candidate will provide hands-on support, manage Next-Generation Firewalls, and ensure secure access for enterprise clients. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and driving security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration & Deployment

• Configure Prisma Access policies, security profiles, and access controls.
• Manage VPN gateways and secure remote access tunnels.
• Integrate Prisma Access with existing network infrastructure and security tools.

Security Management

• Monitor network traffic using Prisma Access features (intrusion prevention, malware detection, URL filtering).
• Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update Prisma Access policies based on evolving security standards.

User Management

• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access levels.
• Manage authentication methods including SSO and MFA.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Optimize routing, bandwidth allocation, and firewall configurations for efficiency.

Design, Implementation & Troubleshooting

• Lead design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex network security issues.
• Maintain and enhance network security architecture.
• Research and recommend best practices for security solutions.

Reporting & Continuous Learning

• Prepare system security reports, analyzing trends and incidents.
• Stay updated with emerging security technologies and industry standards.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
