WAF Management 2C

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Senior Engineer / SME to manage, implement, and optimize network security solutions for enterprise clients. The role requires hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access, Global Protect, Next-Generation Firewalls, and VPN technologies. The candidate will ensure secure access, performance optimization, and compliance in complex network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration and Deployment

• Configure Prisma Access policies, security profiles, and user access controls.
• Manage VPN gateways and secure remote access tunnels.
• Integrate Prisma Access with existing network infrastructure and security tools.

Security Management

• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities using Prisma Access features such as intrusion prevention, malware detection, and URL filtering.
• Investigate security incidents and implement best practices to prevent recurrence.
• Continuously update Prisma Access policies in alignment with security standards.

User Management

• Create and manage user accounts and access levels in Prisma Access.
• Configure authentication methods, including SSO and MFA.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Optimize routing, bandwidth allocation, and system performance.

Design, Implementation & Troubleshooting

• Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex network security issues involving Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Maintain and update network security architecture for clients.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend best practices for security solutions.

Reporting & Continuous Learning

• Prepare and analyze system security reports and metrics.
• Stay updated with emerging security practices, participate in professional development, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
