Role Overview
We are looking for skilled professionals in T2R (Problem Management) with strong experience in the Network/Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on troubleshooting expertise, strong incident management capabilities, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and field engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting for network and telecom-related issues
Manage and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
Handle ticketing systems and ensure proper documentation
Drive effective escalation management when required
Work on VLAN / LAN / VPN configurations and issue resolution
Coordinate with Field Engineers for on-ground support and closure
Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards
