Job Description

Role Overview:

The Investment Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic investment advice and portfolio management services to High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients. The role involves developing customized investment strategies, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth while ensuring superior client experience and compliance with financial advisory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

  • Use financial acumen and investment expertise to assess client profiles and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Research and Advisory team to align portfolio recommendations with client goals and market trends.
  • Help clients achieve short-term and long-term investment objectives through effective financial planning and asset allocation.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Track and engage the HNI/Ultra HNI segment for new client acquisition opportunities.
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and align investment products to their individual risk appetites and financial goals.

Sales & Business Development

  • Formulate and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to expand the client base.
  • Achieve product-wise targets and drive cross-selling across asset classes in alignment with client demographics and risk profiles.
  • Focus on revenue growth, relationship value, and improving overall client stickiness.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Continuously research and analyze investment opportunities and financial market trends.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of client interactions and portfolio actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).
  • 5–15 years of relevant experience in investment advisory or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, capital markets, and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver superior service
