Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement annual sales strategy for NBD & Retail segments
- Guide and monitor the sales team in achieving quarterly sales targets
- Track competition and develop strategies to maximize market share
- Build integrated sales as a category with advertisers and agencies
- Recommend process and execution improvements based on market trends
Candidate Profile
- Full-time MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Brand Management
- Preferred industry: Media, Telecom, Insurance
- Strong concept selling experience is an added advantage
