Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates who are fluent in Hindi and English, and are looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in both Hindi and English
Assist customers with queries and provide solutions in a timely manner
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Document call details accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work in a morning shift environment
