Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to call US-based customers, pitch products/services, and achieve sales targets. Ideal for candidates with strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to US customers.
Promote and sell company products/services.
Convert leads and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Update CRM with call details and follow-ups.
Maintain professionalism and follow scripts/compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

04 years of outbound calling or telesales experience (US process preferred).
Excellent English communication with a clear accent.
Strong persuasion and closing skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work in US night shifts.
