Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our voice process team. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu (spoken and written).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
