About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visual Designer who can adapt and create packaging and label artworks across various sizes and formats. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of print production, colour accuracy, and file preparation for printing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt existing packaging and label designs into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create print-ready artwork files in accordance with technical specifications and printer guidelines.
• Ensure accurate use of colours, typography, and layouts for print across different substrates and finishes.
• Collaborate with the design and packaging teams to ensure artworks meet brand standards and timelines.
• Manage dielines, bleed, and print margins with precision.
• Liaise with print vendors to ensure smooth production and accurate final outputs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in packaging design or artwork adaptation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.
• Strong understanding of colour management (CMYK, Pantone, spot colours) and print processes (offset, flexo, digital).
• Meticulous attention to detail and an eye for consistency and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience working with an agency or a design studio.
• Familiarity with packaging materials and production processes.
