We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic UI/UX & Visual Designer to join our team and help us build, polish, and launch next-generation products into the market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly confident and passionate hybrid design professional who excels at both product design and visual storytelling. You will own the end-to-end user experience of our digital products while also driving our brand presence through compelling social media assets and high-end video production. If you have a proven track record of helping launch successful products and can seamlessly transition from crafting intuitive interfaces in Figma to rendering masterclass-style video transitions in Adobe After Effects, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Launch

• End-to-End UX/UI: Execute the design lifecycle of our software products from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• Market Launch Execution: Partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure a flawless transition from design to development, ensuring products are market-ready and user-centric upon launch.
• Figma Mastery: Maintain and evolve our design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototypes entirely within Figma.

Visual Marketing & Motion Graphics

• Video Production: Design and edit high-quality video content using Adobe After Effects. A key focus will be creating seamless, Masterclass-level transitions, motion graphics, and promotional videos to highlight our product capabilities.
• Social Media Management: Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging graphics, carousels, and visual posts tailored for various social media platforms to support product launches and corporate branding.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual touchpoints—from the software interface to external marketing materials—maintain a cohesive, premium, and professional aesthetic.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and visual/motion design, with a portfolio showcasing digital products you have contributed to launching into the market.
2. Drive & Confidence: You possess strong confidence in your design capabilities, backed by a genuine passion for your craft, building innovative digital products, and compelling visual storytelling.
3. Technical Proficiency: * Advanced skills in Figma (auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems).
4. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with the specific ability to create cinematic transitions and motion graphics.
5. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for social media asset creation.
6. Growth Mindset & Adaptability: A highly proactive attitude toward continuous learning. You must be eager and willing to independently pick up new design software, photo editing tools, and emerging industry workflows as our project needs evolve.
7. Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and spatial layout.
8. Collaboration: Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
