About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our career sites team. This role is pivotal in designing both intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our clients career sites, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. You will ensure that the career sites are not only functional and user-friendly but also aligned with the client's branding and aesthetic standards. Working closely with our engineering and product teams, your designs will help shape the job-seeker's experience from the first interaction to the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to design and develop user-centric and visually appealing interfaces for career sites.
• Conduct user research specific to job-seeker behaviors and perform usability testing to refine the career site's user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring they meet both usability goals and aesthetic standards.
• Design responsive interfaces that maintain functional and visual integrity across all devices and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the design is accurately implemented, focusing on seamless user interaction and visual consistency.
• Integrate your graphic design skills to produce visuals that support career site branding and enhance user engagement.
• Maintain and enhance UI/UX and visual design standards for career sites, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX and recruitment marketing to continuously improve the design and functionality of career sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, preferably within web design or recruitment technology environments.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work specifically for web platforms, highlighting an understanding of career site user experience.
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces with a focus on mobile as well as desktop.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and visual storytelling, tailored to job-seeker interaction.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices and work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to enhancing career site experiences and thriving in a startup culture.
