Job Description

Develop consistent, high-quality visual designs across digital, print, and multimedia channels
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Spline 3D to create compelling designs
Apply strong design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines
Incorporate AI-powered design tools for generative design, prototyping, and workflow automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Product, and Development to deliver cohesive design solutions
Create visual storytelling that effectively communicates brand narratives and product messaging
Maintain and evolve cohesive visual systems across platforms
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering team growth
Optionally, contribute to motion graphics or animation projects to enhance visual storytelling
