Job Profile:

We are looking for a designer with corporate experience who can translate ideas into visually consistent brand assets for Amagi's internal communications and CSR initiatives. This role is hands-on, focused on building identity systems.

You will work closely with multiple business teams, especially with Marketing, to ensure our branding language is aligned across internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Visual Systems

  • Develop visual toolkits that align with Amagi's branding language that teams can reuse effectively.
  • Create visual guidelines and design logos, event identities, microsites, backdrops, certificates, posters, banners, digital screens, 3-D design, including trophies, newsletters, and presentation assets.
  • Work from briefs to deliver clear design options, iterate based on feedback, and finalize assets on time.

Additional Support (as needed)

  • Support ad-hoc design requirements linked to ongoing communication initiatives, while balancing priorities and timelines.

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • 48 years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably within corporate communications, agencies, or brand-led environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, static visual systems, event branding, and communication design.
  • Ability to work within an established brand framework and extend it thoughtfully when needed.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and communicating clearly on timelines and expectations.
  • A practical understanding that design supports clarity, usability, and credibility.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic motion design skills (light animation enhancements).
  • Experience creating reusable templates for non-design teams.

  • Internal and external communications reflect a unified brand language.
