Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support our clients with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on client needs, tasks may include but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

  • Calendar and inbox management
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Data entry and document management
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents

Client Communication


  • Responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Coordinating between team members and clients

Operations Support


  • Research and information gathering
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • CRM data management

Basic Marketing Tasks (if applicable)


  • Social media scheduling (using tools like Buffer or Canva)
  • Light graphic editing
  • Updating website/blog content
  • Email campaign support

Preferred Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with remote work tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, etc.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
  • Bonus: Experience in customer support, social media management, or CRM platforms
