Job Description

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Support

* Assist with lead generation tasks including identifying potential clients or networks.

* Support outreach efforts through email and other communication channels.

* Maintain CRM or lead-tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate follow-ups.

* Help craft simple outreach messages, responses, and client engagement scripts.

2. Research Support

* Conduct online research on travel destinations, itineraries and activities.

* Gather, organize, and summarize information for trip planning and client proposals.

3. Administrative Support

* Maintain digital files, folders, and organizational systems.

* Assist with basic data entry, documentation, and record management.

* Support miscellaneous back-office tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

* Ensure social media channels remain active with weekly updates.

* Handle travel-related admin tasks such as confirming client reservation details, and updating itineraries.

4. Executive Assistance

* Organize inbox, flag important messages, and draft responses where appropriate.

* Maintain to-do lists and ensure tasks stay on track with reminders and follow-ups.

* Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and vendors as needed.

* Prepare weekly productivity summaries for the business owner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 13 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

* Strong research skills with the ability to pull information quickly and summarize clearly.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing quality).

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

* Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Notion, or similar.

* Familiarity with CRM systems, customer follow-up processes, and email outreach.

* Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

* Customer-service oriented mindset, especially in travel, hospitality, or service sectors (preferred but not required).

US shift

Salary- 20-22k (4 Hours)
