We are looking for a reliable Admin & Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and assist international clients, including German-based clients. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, virtual assistance, social media coordination, and freelance platform activities, depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Virual Assistant
- Handling emails, follow-ups, and routine coordination
- Providing virtual assistant support to German-based clients
- Maintaining trackers, spreadsheets, and internal records
- Supporting documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Managing task lists, deadlines, and operational follow-ups
Social Media Support
- Creating posts and creatives using Canva
- Scheduling and posting content as per instructions
- Assisting with basic content coordination
Freelance Platform Activities
- Submitting proposals on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
- Following defined formats and guidelines for proposals
- Updating bid trackers and lead status
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Basic familiarity with freelance platforms
- Good written English communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently
