Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Respond to client inquiries, manage meetings, send
confirmations, and maintain client records.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage calendar and
reminders for supervisor.
Administrative Tasks: Handle invoicing, contracts, follow-ups, and maintain
organized digital files and folders.
Workflow Management: Track project timelines, ensure deliverables are sent on
schedule, and maintain smooth client communication.
Creative Assistance: Use tools like Canva to create posts, newsletters, or
promotional materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hands on experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a creative or service-
based business.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience with Google Workspace, CRM tools and social media platforms.
Familiarity with photography workflows, digital asset management, or online
gallery platforms is a plus.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
