About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Shopify and Meta Ads Manager to support our e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns.
You'll work directly with the team to execute tasks quickly and accurately helping us build, optimize, and grow online stores and ad campaigns.
If you're someone who loves getting things done, learns fast, and doesn't freeze when faced with new challenges this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Shopify Management
- Create and edit Shopify pages and product listings
- Update product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Handle basic store configuration (collections, menus, layout tweaks, etc.)
- Ensure product details and pages are error-free and optimized
Meta Ads & Marketing Support
- Assist with Meta Ads Manager (uploading creatives, managing budgets, duplicating campaigns, tracking performance)
- Support the media buying team by keeping ad assets organized and campaigns updated
- Handle basic data entry, reporting, and campaign maintenance tasks
General Virtual Assistance
- Execute recurring tasks and SOPs efficiently
- Take clear instructions and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
- Research, test, and learn new tools or workflows quickly
- Maintain organized files, spreadsheets, and documentation
What We're Looking For
- E-commerce experience (minimum 1 year), ideally with Shopify
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads (uploading ads, managing budgets, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (professional level, spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-correct mistakes
- Quick learner who adapts fast to new systems and workflows
- Execution-focused gets the job done without overthinking or hesitation
- Not afraid of challenges or making small mistakes in the learning process
- Independent and reliable no hand-holding, no micromanagement required
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad platforms
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics or reporting
