Job Overview
We are looking for a Virtual AssistantPurchase Coordinator to work remotely from India.
The ideal candidate will support our purchasing operations by identifying potential suppliers, coordinating deals, and managing vendor relationships.
This position offers a fixed salary plus attractive incentives or commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and contact potential suppliers and sellers with excess or dead stock.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain purchase records and supplier databases.
- Coordinate purchase orders, logistics, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with the UAE team through email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a virtual assistant, purchase coordinator, or in procurement/sourcing roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Drive) and Excel.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
- Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 14,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives/Commission: Commission on successful purchase deals.
- Payment Method: Monthly via Bank Transfer
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (Work from India)
- 6 days per week
- Must be available during UAE business hours (GST)
