Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Visual Media Executive (Cameraman) to capture high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and storytelling goals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting setups, and video composition, along with a strong visual sense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate professional video cameras and related equipment for shoots (indoor & outdoor)
• Plan and execute video shoots including framing, lighting, and sound coordination
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to understand shoot requirements
• Set up lighting, camera angles, and equipment to ensure high production quality
• Capture footage for: Interviews ,Promotional videos ,Social media content ,Events and site visits.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of camera equipment
• Assist in basic video editing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Stay updated with latest filming techniques, equipment, and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cameraman / videographer / visual media executive
• Strong understanding of camera operations (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras)
• Knowledge of lighting setups and audio recording basics
• Good sense of framing, composition, and storytelling
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel for shoots when required

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Experience with gimbals, drones, or stabilizers
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving attitude on shoots
