·        Work experience in a reputed digital or advertising agency with a focus on marketing and social media.

Company Profile & Terms:

·        We are a Digital Marketing Company.

·        Salary scale: 25k to 60k per month.

·        Work Format: This is a WORK-FROM-OFFICE position.

·        Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon.

·        Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM.

·        Off Days: Two Saturdays off each month.

·        Leave: 21 Days annual leave + Festival Holiday Calendar.

·        Note: No work-from-home options; we do not work with freelancers.

Job Description:

·        Develop high-impact visual concepts in communication with the Head of Digital Engagement.

·        Produce bespoke graphic assets, image enhancement and short-form video content/motion graphics for social media.

·        Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows, image generation, and video production.

·        Advise on layout design and brand consistency across digital and print platforms.

·        Execute packaging design, branding projects, and professional logo development.

·        Experience in print design is required for holistic brand communication.

Required Skills:

·        Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

·        CorelDRAW.

·        AI Design Tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, or similar).

·        Basic AI image and Video Editing Tools
