About the Role

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Interns to support our School and CUET Vertical. The interns will work closely with the content, faculty, and marketing teams to manage YouTube and social media operations, assist during shoots, and drive day-to-day content execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage YouTube channel operations: maintain content trackers, update performance records, schedule videos, upload content, and optimise titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.

Assist faculty during studio and on-location shoots, including on-ground coordination, basic set - up support, and ensuring shoot schedules run smoothly.

Create and manage the social media content calendar (Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms) for the School and CUET Verticals.

Track and document daily trends, hashtags, and formats across Instagram and Facebook to identify opportunities for relevant content.

Generate content ideas (reels, shorts, posts, stories, carousels) aligned with academic goals and brand tonality, and coordinate for scripting, shooting, and uploading.

Create basic creatives and assets such as thumbnails, posters, reel covers, and social media posts using Canva or similar tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for content, ensure timely publishing, and maintain performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing, YouTube, and social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook).

Basic understanding of video and social media metrics (views, watch time, engagement, CTR, etc.) is preferred.

Hands-on experience with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) for creating thumbnails and social media posts.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work on-ground during shoots and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Prior internship or project experience in social media management, content creation, or YouTube channel handling.

Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro) for shorts/reels.

Awareness of school-level and CUET exam ecosystem and student needs.
