About the role

We are looking for a Video Producer who can help us transform our well-written creative scripts into fun, engaging short-form and long-form videos for our social media channels. You will be responsible for planning and executing shoots end-to-end, including scouting locations, arranging props, experimenting with creative concepts, and managing all on-ground production activities.

The role also involves coordinating logistics such as food, travel, and stays during shoots, hiring and managing video crews for different locations, and collaborating with editors to deliver high-quality, engaging videos. You should have a good understanding of video equipment, production workflows, and editing software, along with at least 5 years of experience working in a professional production environment.

Location: Full-time, Hybrid—Devanahalli, Bengaluru (15 mins from Bangalore Airport)

Note: This is primarily an in-office role. During the initial 2–3 week training period, the person will be required to work full-time from the office. After that, a hybrid setup can be followed, but the person should be available to come to the office whenever required (Devanahalli, Bangalore).

In this role, you will:

1. Script Breakdown – Carefully analyze scripts line by line, visualize the shots, identify required props, and select suitable locations. Essentially, pre-visualize the entire shoot and create a clear production plan.

2. Preparation – Plan and prepare everything before the shoot, including scouting locations, arranging props, hiring the crew, and ensuring all logistics are ready so the shoot runs smoothly.

3. Shoot Execution – Lead and manage the shoot day by directing the crew according to the plan, overseeing the production process, and ensuring proper data backup and safe storage of footage.

4. Post-Production Coordination – Work closely with editors to guide the editing process and ensure the final videos are high-quality and engaging. If needed, hire and coordinate freelancers to achieve the creative vision of the video.
