About The Role
We are looking for a Creative Producer Branded Video who can craft powerful visual stories and bring brand narratives to life through compelling video content. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, production leadership, and brand communication. You will lead the end-to-end creation of branded video content from shaping ideas and directing shoots to overseeing post-production and final delivery. The ideal candidate combines a strong visual eye, sharp storytelling instincts, and the ability to manage complex productions, while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and solutions
teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end production of branded video content including documentaries, brand films,
ads, explainers, and social-first videos
- Translate campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives and production plans
- Direct shoots confidently conducting interviews, capturing observational moments, and
overseeing b-roll and product integrations
- Collaborate with editors, cinematographers, and motion designers to shape the final narrative
and maintain high visual quality
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and solutions teams to align storytelling with brand
messaging
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple projects
- Lead on-ground production teams and ensure smooth execution during shoots
- Guide storytelling through concept development, scripting, shooting, and editing
- Maintain high production standards while working within real-world constraints
- Experiment with new visual formats, narrative approaches, and storytelling styles
What We're Looking For
- 46 years of experience in video production, ideally within branded content, documentaries,
digital media, or storytelling platforms
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and direction
- Deep understanding of digital video formats and social media storytelling
- Experience managing shoots, production teams, and multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Strong command of English language and grammar, with working proficiency in Hindi preferred
- Comfortable with frequent travel for shoots and field production
