Video Editor

Minimum experience: 1 Years

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and arranging clips, and creating polished video content for various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing video sequences, applying transitions and effects, performing basic sound adjustments, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align content with project objectives. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring all videos adhere to brand guidelines and technical quality standards. The Video Editor will manage multiple projects, maintain organized file structures, and meet agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong video production and video editing skills, with experience in end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in video color grading and visual enhancement to maintain consistent look and feel across projects.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
• Hands-on experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, formats, and optimization for web and social media platforms.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs into engaging video content.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Relevant education or training in film production, multimedia, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio demonstrating prior video work.
