Role Description The Video Editor (Indira Nagar) role at Gencosys is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content, and applying color grading and visual enhancements to create polished deliverables for marketing, training, and corporate communication. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements, incorporating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring that all videos align with brand guidelines and technical standards. The role also involves managing project files, maintaining organized workflows, and meeting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand impact.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Attention to detail, strong sense of visual composition, and understanding of audio-visual synchronization.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a creative or media production role; a portfolio showcasing recent video work is highly desirable.
• Relevant education in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
