Role Description

The Video Editor – Onsite (Lucknow) is a full-time role responsible for creating, editing, and refining video content for various digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards, optimize videos for different platforms, and maintain consistent visual quality. This is an on-site position based in Lucknow, requiring regular coordination with team members and timely delivery of video assets.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting coordination, and post-production workflows.
• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment across all projects.
• Experience with motion graphics and graphics creation for intros, lower thirds, overlays, and social media content.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant academic background or professional training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in agency or digital marketing settings in video-related roles will be an advantage.
