We're Hiring: Video Editor @ LaFetch
Location: Gurgaon Office (Onsite, 5 days a week)
LaFetch is India's freshest fashion marketplace curated homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.
We're building how India discovers, shops, and feels fashion. Now, we want a Video Editor who makes that feeling addictive on screen from campaign films to thumb-stopping short-form edits.
This is a core 01 role: you'll help define how LaFetch looks, sounds, and moves across socials, ads, product pages, and every screen that matters.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Edit content for brand campaigns and social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels).
- Produce high-impact edits for series like StylewithLaFetch and LaFetch Quick.
- Turn raw footage into visually consistent, fast-paced, premium videos ready for multi-platform distribution.
- Create platform-specific cuts and formats vertical shorts, 9:16 ads, 16:9 long-form, in-app videos, and web hero banners.
- Collaborate tightly with creative, design, social, and product teams to match LaFetch's aesthetic and storytelling tone.
- Experiment with transitions, pacing, music, sound design, and motion graphics to create emotional, scroll-stopping moments.
- Color grade to deliver a premium, editorial look across campaigns.
- Deliver files optimized for performance (size/bitrate/format) and support ad/SEO requirements where needed.
- Maintain version control, organized project files, and handoffs for social, paid ads, and product teams.
- Own multiple edits and fast turnarounds from ideation to final export.
If it moves on screen and needs to feel premium it's yours.
What You'll Need
- 12 years professional editing experience (fashion, e-commerce, or branded content is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and cinematic visual storytelling.
- Good taste in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to adapt edits to platform trends and specs (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, paid ads).
- Comfortable handling fast turnarounds and multiple projects in a high-energy environment.
- Organized file management and basic knowledge of codecs, formats, and export optimization.
Bonus Points If You
- Have shot or directed social-first content yourself.
- Can design simple motion graphics/typography sequences.
- Are active on social and understand Gen-Z trends and viral formats.
- Have experience with short-form branded content for D2C, lifestyle, or fashion labels.
- Have a strong portfolio featuring fashion-focused visuals, cinematic edits, or motion graphics.

- Onsite, Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) 5 days a week.
- Candidates from other cities are welcome, but relocation/travel/accommodation is included in pay (not provided separately).
- Saturdays & Sundays are off.
