Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Create product explainers, UGC-style ads, reels, and brand storytelling content.
  • Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe AI, etc.) for idea generation, scene creation, clean-up, rotoscoping, and enhancing production quality.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create high-converting video ads optimized for CTR, retention, and conversions.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for social platforms.
  • Work with brand, design, and copy teams to ensure narrative consistency in all videos.
  • Manage video assets, maintain version control, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on AI + video editing trends, tools, and rapid innovation in the industry.

Requirements

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or agency environments.
  • Strong command over Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and AI-based editing tools.
  • Experience creating performance ads for Meta & Google is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute videos from scratch.
  • Basic understanding of sound design, color correction, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of social media content formats, hooks, pacing, and retention tactics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
