Job Description

What You'll Do

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Convert raw footage (faceless or face-based) into high-retention edits
Add captions, transitions, audio, and effects that enhance storytelling
Repurpose content into multiple formats - reels, stories, shorts, thumbnails
Design simple yet visually appealing graphics using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Maintain brand consistency in colours, typography, and overall aesthetic
Work with the creative team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas
Stay updated on reel trends, viral formats, and editing styles

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Must-have: Basic graphic design skills
Ability to edit short-form videos using any tool: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, VN, or mobile editors
Strong sense of social media trends and what works on Instagram
Good aesthetic judgement - clean visuals, colour balance, layout
Ability to edit quickly and deliver consistently
Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new ideas
Attention to detail and understanding of pacing and storytelling

Additional Information

Bonus Points

You already create edits for your own social media
Understanding of wellness, fitness, or lifestyle content
Ability to contribute ideas for hooks, formats, and content styles
Knows Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and other relevant design softwares.
