Job Title: Creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and fast-paced Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team in Kharghar Navi Mumbai. If you understand the Meta Hook, know how to stop the scroll, and can turn raw footage into high-retention content, we want you.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals and videos that drive engagement and reduce skip rates. This isn't just about making things look prettyit's about creating content that performs.

Key Responsibilities

* Video Editing: Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with a focus on retention, micro-cuts, and visual hooks.

* Graphic Design: Design high-contrast thumbnails, social media posts, and brand assets that stand out in a busy feed.

* Meta Hooks: Implement psychological triggers and open loops in the first 2 seconds of every video.

* Trend Adaptation: Quickly pivot and apply current styles and editing techniques to our brand voice.

Requirements

* Location: Based in or able to commute to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent industry tools).

* Speed: Ability to cut out dead air and create fast-paced, save-able content.

* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.

Offer & Schedule

* Salary: 25,000 per month.

* Location: Office-based (Kharghar).

* Standard Hours: Monday to Friday.

* Weekends: Saturday and Sunday are typically off, but flexibility is needed if projects require extra attention.
