Learning & Development Administration:
- Create and manage learning modules and track attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Run periodic checks for new joiners, staff movements, and training completion status.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and materials on internal platforms.
- Assist in facilitating virtual or in-person live training sessions using Zoom.
- Support training data requests such as attendance records and evaluation reports.
- Design and develop e-learning content independently using content provided.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in content writing, editing, and designing for e-learning.
- Expertise in Adobe Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Photoshop.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Zoom and LMS platforms.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
Education Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate with experience in Adobe content design platforms.
