Job Description

Learning & Development Administration:

  • Create and manage learning modules and track attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Run periodic checks for new joiners, staff movements, and training completion status.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and materials on internal platforms.
  • Assist in facilitating virtual or in-person live training sessions using Zoom.
  • Support training data requests such as attendance records and evaluation reports.
  • Design and develop e-learning content independently using content provided.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in content writing, editing, and designing for e-learning.
  • Expertise in Adobe Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Photoshop.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and LMS platforms.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with experience in Adobe content design platforms.
