Stipend: INR 8,000 per month

We are (The Adroit) excited to welcome a Graphic Design Intern to our creative team! This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real, impactful projects.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing and crafting compelling designs across a wide range of media to support both internal teams and external clients. You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table, creating unique, culturally-relevant visual solutions that resonate with audiences and elevate user experiences.

Work Profile:

· Assist in creating engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations

· Design original creatives such as illustrations, GIFs, and infographics, with a strong focus on typography and UI/UX principles

· Support the design team in developing marketing materials like banners, brochures, and advertisements

· Contribute to branding initiatives, including logos, color palettes, and visual identity elements

· Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful design output

· Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and visual assets

· Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

· Translate strategic concepts into effective visual designs, ensuring usability and alignment with user goals

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• Experience using design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics using After Effects.
• A good team player with ability to meet deadlines.
