Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Vice Principal based in Kayankulam. The Vice Principal will assist in managing the daily operations of the school, ensuring academic excellence, and maintaining discipline. Responsibilities include supporting teachers through mentoring and professional development, implementing and monitoring school programs, and fostering a collaborative environment among staff, students, and parents. The Vice Principal will also play a key role in curriculum planning and ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as Sr. PGT specifically in subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology
• Excellent leadership and management skills, including team coordination and conflict resolution
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents
• Experience in curriculum planning, academic supervision, and teacher mentoring
• Knowledge of CBSE policies, regulations, and educational best practices
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, make decisions, and implement strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
• Relevant leadership experience in the education sector is highly desirable
