Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President – Commercial to lead high-value property sales and develop strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high-ticket sales, strategic networking, and driving revenue growth in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive high-value commercial real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and key business leaders.
- Identify and convert opportunities in high-ticket commercial property sales.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for premium real estate offerings.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand the client and investor network.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the real estate market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and client onboarding.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales, Luxury Property Sales, or High-Value Asset Sales will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to retired officers from PHD, FICCI, and CII.
