Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Search & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end CXO and leadership hiring across industries and functions (CEO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong succession pipelines and executive talent communities
- Drive leadership assessments, market mapping, and reference validation
- Ensure high-quality delivery on complex and strategic mandates
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver assigned revenue targets through executive search mandates
- Drive new business development across sectors and leadership hiring verticals
- Convert mandates into long-term, strategic client partnerships
- Expand wallet share across existing enterprise clients
3. Client Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to Boards, Founders, and Promoters on leadership hiring decisions
- Manage high-stakes negotiations with confidentiality and integrity
- Provide clients with market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent insights
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of consultants and researchers
- Drive a high-performance, outcome-driven culture focused on delivery excellence
- Enable capability building across the team in executive search and advisory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Analytics)
5. Strategic Impact
- Strengthen the organization's positioning as a preferred leadership hiring partner
- Drive employer branding and EVP initiatives for senior mandates
- Advise clients on talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce trends
- Contribute to thought leadership in leadership hiring and talent advisory
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring
- Strong track record of closing CXO and senior leadership roles
- Proven ability to consistently deliver multi-crore revenue targets
- Deep relationships with industry leaders, promoters, and CXOs
- Experience in consulting-led talent advisory is preferred
- Full-time Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
- Certifications in leadership assessment or executive coaching (preferred)
- Ability to connect leadership hiring with client strategy and P&L outcomes
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding high-value revenue targets
- Long-term perspective on talent markets, succession planning, and EVP
- Proven ability to build, inspire, and scale high-performing teams
