Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President – Commercial to lead high-value property sales and develop strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high-ticket sales, strategic networking, and driving revenue growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive high-value commercial real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and key business leaders.
  • Identify and convert opportunities in high-ticket commercial property sales.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for premium real estate offerings.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand the client and investor network.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and client onboarding.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in high-ticket commercial sales and real estate business development.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with entrepreneurs and investors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage strategic sales pipelines and close high-value deals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate Sales, Luxury Property Sales, or High-Value Asset Sales will be preferred.
  • Preference will be given to retired officers from PHD, FICCI, and CII.
