  • Manage capital across Cat II/III AIF, PMS and Investment Advisory platforms
  • High‑impact investing with direct decision‑making exposure

Job Description

  • Lead development of investment themes and conduct rigorous research and analysis of prospective investments across industries.
  • Drive end‑to‑end transaction execution, including financial and valuation modelling, due diligence (financial and legal), investor materials, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, memos, term sheets, and deal updates to the investment committee and investors.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and risk, engaging closely with portfolio company management and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, and alignment with the firm's investment strategy and culture while working effectively within a lean, entrepreneurial team.
  • Bring deep expertise in accounting, finance, capital structures, and financial modelling, with a strong appetite to build subject‑matter depth across diverse industries.
  • Communicate investment views clearly and confidently, interacting comfortably with senior management and mentoring junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vice President - Private Equity should have:

  • Chartered Accountant (cleared in the first attempt) or MBA in Finance from a premier institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related investment roles.
