Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in New Delhi. The Vice President of Sales will lead the sales department, develop and oversee sales strategies, manage key client accounts, and drive business growth. The role involves supervising the sales team, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and optimizing sales operations to achieve organizational targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
  • Strong experience in Business Development and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Account Management, maintaining and enhancing client relationships
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking ability to plan and execute sales initiatives effectively
  • Prior experience in sustainable technology or environmental solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
