Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The individual in this position will lead and oversee sales and marketing strategies, drive business growth, manage high-value accounts, and optimize sales operations. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, guiding a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to achieve revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including setting performance metrics and analyzing sales reports for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Business Development strategies to identify and secure new opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and marketing targets in a competitive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the building materials industry and market trends is a strong advantage.
