Role Description

We are seeking a Vendor Management professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, managing special processes supplier's, ensuring compliance with agreements, and maintaining high-quality standards. The professional will collaborate across teams to optimize vendor performance and support strategic decision-making through data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to establish and maintain mutually beneficial agreements
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in Procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and cost management
  • Knowledge of supply chain frameworks and familiarity with ERP systems are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain in engineering or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
